About Me
I’m Corina, a registered nurse, holistic nurse coach, wife, and mom to two wonderful boys. My family is at the heart of who I am, and many of my own life experiences have shaped the way I support others today.
After becoming a mom for the first time, I experienced postpartum anxiety. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what was happening or how much my nervous system was affecting the way I felt. Over the years, I spent a great deal of time learning about anxiety, the mind-body connection, nervous system regulation, and the practices that can help us feel more grounded and connected to ourselves.
Looking back, postpartum anxiety became the beginning of a much deeper journey. It inspired me to better understand anxiety, the nervous system, and the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and bodies. The more I learned and applied these practices in my own life, the more I realized I wanted to help others through holistic nurse coaching.
Today, I offer the kind of space I wish more people knew was available—a calm, supportive place to slow down, explore what's going on beneath the surface, and reconnect with yourself through curiosity rather than judgment.
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate personalized practices such as grounding, breathing techniques, guided imagery meditation, and gentle body-based awareness practices.
Sometimes, what you need isn't another conversation with a friend or family member. You need someone outside your everyday life—someone who can listen without judgment, offer a different perspective, and create a space where you can say the things you may not feel comfortable saying anywhere else. That's what I'm here for.
Beyond Coaching
When I'm not coaching, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and our two boys, whether we're outdoors, camping, or simply enjoying the little moments together. I love staying active because it helps me feel strong—both mentally and physically—and I find so much peace in nature.
Family is incredibly important to me. Even though my mom and sister live thousands of miles away, we're very close. Starting my day with a cup of coffee while FaceTiming my mom is a simple ritual I truly treasure.
