She booked the call reluctantly.
Anxious, heart pounding, second-guessing herself even as she clicked the button.
“I’m probably overreacting,” she said the moment we started.
It’s what I hear most often—before the tears come.
She wasn’t overreacting.
She was exhausted from carrying everything alone. The sleepless nights, the people-pleasing, the constant loop of anxious thoughts and guilt. She’d tried therapy before. She didn’t want to be medicated. She just wanted someone to really listen—to see her, not just diagnose her.
So I did.
I helped her slow down her breathing.
I showed her how her nervous system was responding in a completely normal way to the stress she was under.
We talked, not like patient and provider—but like two women holding space for truth.
She felt safe. Seen. Relieved.
And then she said something I’ll never forget:
“I didn’t think it was possible to feel this at peace without changing everything in my life.”
That moment is why I do what I do.
I’m not here to fix anyone.
I’m here to help people remember their wholeness.
Whether you’re a teen, a mother, a sensitive soul, or someone who's never felt like they belonged—I’ll meet you exactly where you are. No pressure, no performance. Just real support, real calm, and a safe place to land.
